Summer 2012 Term
- Program Dates: June 4, 2012 – Aug. 10, 2012
- Application process begins: March 19, 2012
- Deadline to apply: May 19, 2012
- Time Requirement: 25 hours per week (or more)
- Orientation: June 4, 2012
Fall 2012 Term
- Program Dates: Sept. 3, 2012 – Nov. 23, 2012
- Application process begins: May 21, 2012
- Deadline to apply: Aug. 3, 2012
- Time Requirement: 10-15 hours per week (or more)
- Orientation: Sept. 3, 2012
Compensation
“Leaders4Wake” is an unpaid internship. However, students will gain an immense amount of experience and knowledge that they can use in their current field of study. Interns may be able to use the internship program as credit for college/university courses. (Note: Approval from college/university is required for use of the program as credit hours. WCPSS has no authority with regard to this matter.)
