Chain of Support

The students and staff at Bridges and Mt. Vernon would like to help the people affected by Hurricane Katrina. We are going to be making a Chain of Support and collecting money to send to the hurricane relief effort.
For every 10 cents that our students and staff bring in, they will get a link to add onto the Chain of Support. This chain will be on display in the school cafeteria.
We will be using the colors of Mardi Gras which is a very important part of the culture of New Orleans. The colors and what they represent are:
Green - faith
Purple - justice
Gold - power
We will be collecting money from September 12-23. Thank you for your support.
