Wake Kids for Katrina

Cary Elementary will be accepting contributions as part of the Wake Kids for Katrina fund-raising efforts. Containers for the collections will be placed in classrooms and the main office.
Staff members will also be donating items to be packaged and delivered to Reedy Creek Middle School to contribute to their efforts. The PTA at Reedy Creek has arranged for a 48-foot truck to be parked at the school Sept. 2-9. They are hoping to fill the truck with 4,000 boxes of relief supplies.
