Athen's Jag Booster Club raised $1500 for the Red Cross at its Friday night football game with a bucket at the gate for donations. The school will continue to have buckets available for donations at all home games.
The Jag Booster Club also partnered with Reedy Creek Middle School to collect suppy donations.
The PTSA will provide buckets for Red Cross donations at all entry areas on September 8 for Open House.
The PTSA will involve the Key Club and Student Council in efforts to provide students with a means to contribute to the Red Cross.
