Community Engagement Meetings: Updates and Archives
Updated January 14, 2004 - The Wake County Public School System, through its Office of Growth Management, held a series of Community Engagement Meetings across the county to help inform and involve the public in the student assignment process for the 2004-05 school year. Seven new schools are scheduled to open; WCPSS is committed to seeking public input in the development of student assignment plans.

- These meetings looked at Wake County's growth by region. Participants were given the opportunity to recommend priorities in filling newly-opened schools.
