October 2004 CEM Comments

The following comments were made by participants in the October Community Engagement Meeting small group sessions. The comments are broken up into sections: comments concerning long term planning for growth, comments concerning dealing with growth pressures in the short term, and miscellaneous comments. The miscellaneous comments section includes comments that were turned in on question cards.
