Heat Reminder for Reynolds Coliseum
Reynolds Coliseum is not air conditioned and does not have elevators. Please dress appropriately to ensure your comfort and safety.
Bottled water will be for sale at each ceremony.
Information Guests and Graduates
- Graduates are encouraged to carpool for both the rehearsal and graduation.
- All VIP guests and graduates should enter the rear or South end of Reynolds Coliseum.
- Graduates will be admitted through the South end of Reynolds Coliseum (rear) approximately 45 minutes before graduation and are to remain in the area behind the stage. No graduates are allowed to enter front door with general public.
- Handicapped individuals need to be picked up and dropped off on the North East side of Reynolds Coliseum (Handicap entrance which faces the parking deck) at least 45 minutes prior to graduation ceremony. The front entrance is not handicapped accessible.
- Handicapped guests can be seated on the lower level with one (1) escort only, to allow room.
- Parents/guests will be admitted approximately 40 minutes before ceremonies begin through the North entrance or main front entrance.
- The following are prohibited from entering Reynolds Coliseum:
- Flowers in glass vases
- Signs
- Balloons
- Noise Makers (musical instruments, air horns, whistles)
- Wrapped packages
- Intoxicated individuals
- There is no public seating on floor. There is only handicapped seating on floor.
- During ceremony no individuals seated on floor should be out of their seats (taking pictures, moving closer to stage, etc…)
- Graduates and guests need to clear the building and the campus as soon as possible after the end of the ceremony. This allows us to make the building ready for the next ceremony, and ensures that parking will be available for the next set of graduates and guests.
