CHARTER SCHOOLS: What are charter schools and how do I enroll?

Charter schools are treated the same as public schools and are funded by the State and County. Charter schools are not managed by the Wake County Board of Education and WCPSS has no control over the enrollment of students in these schools.
To enroll in a charter school you must contact the individual school.
