CAPPING: How do I get on the waiting list for a capped school?

When proof of residence is presented to the capped school, a student is either enrolled (if space is available) or referred to an “overflow” school for enrollment.
These students referred to the “overflow” school are placed on a waiting list for the capped school.
The enrollment at the capped school is reviewed three times each year. When space is available, students will be called back from the overflow school.
