Will I still receive my National Board pay differential if I change grade levels or subject areas from my original area of National Board Certification?

National Board Certified Teachers are not required to remain in their original area of National Board Certification to receive the 12% pay differential. NBCTs can teach in any area/level and receive the NB pay differential as long as they remain in direct instruction of students at least 70% of their time.
