TEST - Computer Skills: What is the North Carolina Test of Computer Skills?

Demonstration of computer proficiency was a requirement for a high school diploma in North Carolina up to the 2008-09 school year. However, beginning with the fall of 2009, the Computer Skills Proficiency Test was discontinued and is no longer a requirement.
