No. Even though PLAN 2004 added 11 new schools in 2006 and 2007 and provided major renovations at 16 schools and minor repairs at 70 other schools, enrollment will grow faster than the construction of new seats.
Wake County is growing so rapidly that five new elementary schools, two new middle schools and one new high school is needed every year just to keep up with growth.
