How do employees know if they should come to work?

The announcement that “Wake County schools are closed” applies only to students. Each school will have its own inclement weather schedule and procedures. Principals are responsible for communication to staff about their options. As always, the decision to come to work or not is a decision each employee should make based on his or her best judgment.
