1. Parent sends proof of residency to CASS Project Manager (electric bill, transcript, parent’s driver’s license) at the following address:
Wake County Public School System, CASS Project Manager – Dropout Prevention, Crossroads II, 110 Corning Road, Cary, NC 27511
2. The Wake County Public School System issues a DEC form and mails it to the parent.
3. Parent completes and signs DEC form and mails it with a check for $25 to the following address:
