What happens to students who leave a public school system to attend a Community College or non-public school?

When a student leaves a public school to attend a community college or non-public school and is NOT making adequate progress at the point of withdrawal, the public school should revoke that student’s driving privileges. The community college or non-public school cannot grant a DEC for a period of six months.

When a student leaves a public school to attend a community college or non-public school and IS making adequate progress, the public school should not revoke that student’s driving privileges.
