Who is eligible for Direct Deposit?

Permanent full-time and permanent part-time employees are eligible. Benefit is available with any banking institution that is a member of the ACH (Automated Clearing House). The same form is used to set-up, change banks, or cancel direct deposit.
It is possible that your first pay is a paycheck and not a “Notice of Direct Deposit Non-Negotiable” notice. Your direct deposit notice will be sent to your school along with all employee checks. Check each pay period for a “Notice of Direct Deposit Non-Negotiable” notice. Miscellaneous checks are not direct deposited.
Do not close a direct deposit bank account until you have requested a cancellation for direct deposit and are assured the payroll files reflect this change.
