WCPSS pays over 15,000 employees a month. We need your individual eye to verify your paycheck/direct deposit notice each payday.



Please make sure you verify medical and dental insurance, W4 and NC4 information, sick and vacation leave, etc.



If you are on direct deposit, be sure it is a direct deposit notice you have received. Miscellaneous checks are sometimes not direct deposited.



Employees on direct deposit with the WCPSS are not to close a direct deposit account until one of the items listed below has occurred:

1) You are sure your money has been deposited into a newly selected account.

2) You received an actual check instead of a direct deposit notice.
