What is express bus service?
CategoriesDepartment |
In order to lessen ride time to a magnet school, express transportation is provided to some magnet students. The magnet student is picked up and dropped off at a selected stop (i.e., school campuses, YMCAs, regional libraries, etc.) and transported to the assigned school. Parents are responsible for transporting students to and from the express stop. Express buses have a maximum of four stops and a minimum of six students per stop. Parents should be at express stop 10 minutes prior to bus arrival both morning and afternoon. To determine if express bus service is available for a magnet school option for your address, please visit the growth management website at http://wwwgis2.wcpss.net/cgi-bin/Production/MainScript.pl?MainOption=StreetMain
