What are the goals of the EnergySavers Program?

*To reduce expenditures for energy consumption, thus freeing up funds which can either be reinvested in the energy management program or utilized to address other needs in the system.
*To establish a clearly defined program by which energy conservation can be effectively facilitated, as well as provide the guidance and resources needed to make the program effective.
*To stimulate the practice of energy conservation at each facility by providing incentives and offering recognition for energy conservation efforts.
*To empower administrators to make decisions which impact the use of energy at their site, as well as hold them accountable for the way energy is consumed.
