YES, Community Schools schedules air conditioning/heat with Energy Management as long as the application is received in a timely manner. However, WCPSS does not guarantee air conditioning or heating, and there is no guaranteed refund for their failure. If it does fail, please call Community Schools at 850-1904 within three (3) days of the event.
