When will I know if my Facility Use Application has been approved?

The principal or designee will forward your application with his/her recommendation to the Community Schools office. If the application is complete and is approved, Community Schools will send you an application summary, contract and invoice. Typically, it takes 14-21 days for processing.



Below are the deadlines for submitting a Facility Use Application:



One-time, short-term users: Applications due in the principal’s office a minimum of thirty (30) business days prior to the event.



Seasonal use of fields and gymnasiums:

Applications are due in the Community Schools office:

· January 15 for Fall/Spring use

· July 15 for Winter Use



Year-Long Use (July 1 – June 30): Applications due in the principal’s office by February 15.



Summer Camps & Early Arrival/After-School Programs: Applications due in principal’s office by November 15.
