What do I need to do to use a school facility?

Any agency, group, or individual interested in using a school facility (classroom, auditorium, gym, ball field, etc.) must submit:
1. Completed Facility Use Application Form 2900
2. Completed Space/Equipment Form 2900-W
3. Guidelines for Community Users Form 2900-G acknowledged by signature
4. $35.00 processing fee, and
5. Certificate of Liability Insurance,
to the building principal at least thirty days prior to the event. The principal will determine availability and forward the application to Community Schools for review/approval.
