Can I complete an application for free or reduced-price meals by phone or fax?

We are unable to receive applications by phone or FAX. All applications must be on an original official form, and must be mailed or hand-delivered to the address on the back of the application form or to the school office.
You may pick up an application at a school or from Child Nutrition Services at 1551 Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh, NC 27610.
