Do I have to complete a free/reduced price meal application each year?

Yes. The federal guidelines require a new application each year for all students. (There are some exceptions for students who are directly certified through the cooperation of Wake County Department of Health and Human Services. Please call 856-2920 for specific information about your situation.)
You may pick up an application at a school or from Child Nutrition Services at 1551 Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh, NC 27610.
