Construct a new 981 student capacity middle school based on the Salem prototype. The prototype has been revised to a 3 story building to fit on the site.
The school will be located adjacent to modular Wakelon Elementary on State Road 97 in Eastern Wake County in Wendell.
New Middle School prototype in front of existing Modular School.

Architectural punch list items are being completed. Building and trade inspections are complete. Mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and electrical punch list items are being addressed. The kitchen has been completed. Data and communications lines are being terminated and tested. Final site work is continuing. Testing/commissioning is in progress.
