| Program Summary |

Construct a new 981 student capacity middle school based on the Salem prototype. The prototype has been revised to a 3 story building to fit on the site.
The school will be located adjacent to modular Wakelon Elementary on State Road 97 in Eastern Wake County in Wendell.
New Middle School prototype in front of existing Modular School.

| Progress Status |
|
Masonry work continues with block and brick work on three floors. Brick on the three story wing along the entry road is nearing completion. All elevated slabs are complete. The roof is nearing completion. HVAC system equipment has been set and is being tied in. Mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and electrical work continues. Framing continues. Drywall is being installed in the admin area. The kitchen hood has been hung. Window installation has started. The softball field has been sodded.
