MIDDLE SCHOOL GAMES:

All games begin at 4pm and cost $6 to get in.

WHAT YOU NEED:

You must have a completed Athletic Participation Packet uploaded into DragonFly to tryout for any sports. This can be found on wcpss.net under athletics.

ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

In order to tryout for a sport at Wake Forest Middle School this year, parents must register and create an account through our new online registration system, DragonFly Max, which is now up and running! There will be NO PAPER documents accepted.

All 7th and 8th grade students must have a completed registration prior to trying out for a sport. (WCPSS does not allow 6th graders to try out, but managers may be asked to submit a registration)

Registration will only need to be completed once and athletic participation will only be granted if all eligibility requirements (Academic & Attendance) have been met and an up-to-date physical exam has been uploaded for each student-athlete participating.  A physical exam is valid for 395 days from the date of the exam. If your physical exam expires during the 2022-2023 school year, a new physical exam must be uploaded before expiration to continue to participate.

Parents, when registering, please create the account under your name. Once you have an account, you will be able to add your child(ren). Once you have added in your child(ren), you will see a “To-Do” list icon which will take you to all of the required forms. Your DragonFly Max account will also follow you to any WCPSS school you attend, and save all of your forms!

If you have any questions about DragonFly, please email Mrs. Carlyle.
