The Customer Service Center's goal is to quickly and accurately answer your questions about the Wake County Public School System. If you cannot find the answers to a question on this Website or in our printed materials, calling or visiting the Customer Service center and working with our trained, friendly customer service representatives is the next step.

The Customer Service Center can be reached at 919-850-1600. If the customer service representative cannot answer your questions directly, they can quickly connect you to person who can.

Walk-In

The Wake County Public School System Customer Service Center is located on the ground floor of the Central Administration building at 3600 Wake Forest Road, which is a few stoplights north of the Beltline, across the street and a block north of the North Raleigh Hilton.

Upon entering the building, a visitor is expected to sign in with the security guard and he will direct you to the Center - about 30 feet to their left.

A friendly, helpful concierge will assist you with documents, forms, maps and general information about the school system. Available forms include: job applications, transfer request forms, newcomer packets and many more.

The Customer Service Center is open from 8 a.m to 5 p.m Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Help For Non-English Speakers

A Spanish language specialist is available to assist non-English speakers.

Additional Responsibilities

Additional services include employment verifications, data collection and mailroom oversight.
