Compensation Services

Program may assist employee in estimating monthly "take-home" or net pay that is averaged over a period of twelve (12) months.
May be used whenever the following occurs:.

• Change in tax filing status or number of exemptions
• Change to pre- or post- tax deductions
• Participation in a Summer Cash Savings Account
• Change to position or salary

Required Information

• Active employees require a recent pay stub
• New employees require their employment letter verifying monthly gross salary
• Hourly employees require hourly pay rate and regular daily work hours

Final Screen Summary

• Reflects user input and results
• Print version available
• User information is discarded upon exit

Personal information provided by an employee is anonymous and used only for the purpose of calculation. Personal information is not shared nor used for any other purpose. Both user input and results are discarded once an employee exits the program.
