Directions: Use the following guidelines as you write your letter of introduction to your veteran link.

- Use school letterhead
- Use your best handwriting or type neatly
- Express your appreciation for his/her involvement in this project
- Share some information about yourself (grade level, interests, future plans, family connections to this particular historical period, etc.)
- Include your home address, telephone number, and best time to reach you
- Let your link
know that you will call him/her within 5-7 days to start
the interview process.
