1. Bill McNeal, Associate Superintendent, WCPSS, presented "Programs and Their Impact on Facilities." Some of the points of discussion were:

3. Michael Nicklas, Innovative Design, gave a slide presentation on "Environmentally Sensitive and Cost Efficient Schools". He gave some statistics on fluorescent lights versus daylight. He showed several schools in the county which Innovative Design has built.
