The Wake County Public School System is pleased to offer parents a new on-line payment option to pay for your child's lunches

How Your Payments Are Processed

 

Simply click on this secure link and complete the Weekly On-Line Payment Form. You will receive a confirmation email once you have completed your on-line payment.

 
  • We Process all On-Line Payments each Friday Afternoon. If you have made an on-line payment any time during the week, it will be processed on Friday. Each Monday morning the on-line payments are posted to the student's lunch money accounts.
  • You Select the Type of Payment to be Made Credit card, debit card, bank draft or e-check.
  • No More Trips to the School You won't have to worry about your child's lunch money being received at the school. Your bank or credit card statement will reflect your on-line payment and a $2.00 processing fee. The payment is posted to your child's account each Monday Morning.
  • Convenience in Making your Payment You do not have to take the time to make out a check before. Go on-line any time to make your one-time payment when needed.
  • Control of Your Child's Lunch Money You determine the amount of money to be deposited into your child's account. You do not have to worry if the check was lost or the money wasn't spent on lunches.
  • Cut Off Time All transactions are processed each Friday afternoon and deposited into your child's lunch account the following Monday morning. The cutoff time is 12:00 noon on Friday. Any on-line payments received after 12:00 noon on Friday will be posted one week later.
  • If an on-line payment rejects or a credit/debit card is declined more than one time per school year, you will no longer be eligible for the weekly on-line payment program.
  • If you wish to have a recurring monthly payment established automatically, enroll in the AutoPay Lunch Money Program from this secure location.
