Wake County Schools AutoPay Lunch Money Program

Wake County Schools is pleased to offer parents a convenient monthly payment for your students' school lunches! Sign up for the AutoPay Lunch Money Program to have your child's lunch money automatically deducted from your bank account or charged to a credit card at the beginning of each month.

Advantages of the AutoPay Lunch Money Program (Recurring Payments)

· You won't have to worry about your child's lunch money being received at school.
· You decide the amount to have deposited into your child's account each month.
· Your bank or credit card statement will reflect your payment and a $2.00 fee each month. The payment is posted to your child's lunch money account on the first day of each month.
· Payments are always made on time. No more wondering, "Did I remember to send lunch money this month?"
· Paying for lunches is more convenient for you. You no longer have to send a check or keep a supply of cash on hand for daily lunch money.
· The AutoPay Lunch Money method gives you control of where the lunch money goes. You now can be certain the money is paying for lunch at your child's school.
· Enrollment is simple. Either fill out and mail the downloadable enrollment form* OR enroll online on our secure website.

How To Enroll

You may either:
· Download the form* and mail it to the address indicated

OR

· Complete the entire process online from this secure location.

Remember to notify your school of any changes at least 15 days prior to a scheduled draft or charge. If you change bank accounts or credit cards, simply send us the updated information. The program will continue from school year to school year unless notified by you. The student's first AutoPay Lunch Money deposit will begin on 09/01 of each school year and end on 05/01 each school year. Any credit balance will be carried over to your child's account for the following school year. You may discontinue the program at any time by giving your school 15 days advance notice.

NOTICE: If a monthly AutoPay Lunch Money draft is rejected or a credit card declined more than once during one school year, the AutoPay Lunch Money Program will no longer be available for your child for the remainder of the school year.
