Underwood Elementary Wins 2004 Neighborhood Appearance Award
May 19,2004--The Raleigh Citizens' Advisory Council awarded
the Underwood Elementary renovation project a 2004 Neighborhood
Appearance Award, May 19.
Melva Scott, assistant principal at Underwood, accepted the award. Larry Sherrill (facility planner), Court Crosby (project manager) represented WCPSS Facilities Planning & Construction.
