Maintenance and Operations includes Building and Grounds, Custodial Services, Energy and Physical Plant, Environmental Health and Safety and General Services.
M & O runs a regional maintenance program in which satellite maintenance locations are set up within existing school buildings across the county. The program allows M & O to quicken response times, improve communications with school staff and decrease costs. M & O is developing School Maintenance Agreements and on-time acquisition of maintenance materials to improve the efficiency of their operations.
