2002 Education Design Showcase Award: Carnage Middle
The Carnage Middle School addition and renovation project, designed by Brown Jurkowski Architectural Collaboratives (BJAC), received School Planning and Management magazine's 2002 Education Design Showcase Award in Recognition of Outstanding Architecture and Design in Education. The project team (Leonard King, principal; Keith Giamportone, architect; Larry Sherrill, facility planner; and William Hartley, project manager) accepted the award at the Sept. 3 Board of Education meeting.
