Insurance
Information
Wake County Public School System furnishes an Interscholastic Athletic Insurance
Policy that provides limited benefits for all high school students in the
system who participate in high school sponsored and supervised interscholastic
athletic activities. More information is included in Insurance Schedule
of Benefits, How to File a Claim Form, and an Accident Claim Form.
MRSA Information
Information on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) that has been approved by Dr. David Damsker, Community Health Medical Director, Wake County Human Services is provided. This includes a brochure, facts sheet, and letter to parents.
NCAA Eligibility Center
The NCAA has established a central eligibility center to certify athletic eligibility to Division I and Division II institutions. Students, who intend to participate with or without a scholarship as a freshman in college, must register with and be certified as eligible by the NCAA Initial-Eligibility Clearinghouse.
