Approximately 75 students will be reassigned to Olive Chapel from Adams from node 384.8. Approximately 55 students will be reassigned to Olive Chapel from Cary Elementary from node 140.0.

Reasons for Staff Recommendations
Capacity: No change is planned for the fourteen mobile units at Olive Chapel.
Crowding: Crowding was not a concern at this school in the development of these recommendations.
Healthy Schools: The percentage of students from low-income families is currently very low at 5%. Staff is recommending changes that will raise this percentage to approximately 15%.
Long Range Planning: Future schools opening in 2009, 2010, and 2011 are not expected to significantly impact the attendance area of this school.
