At its March 2 meeting, the Wake County Board of Education changed the calendars of Leesville Elementary, Leesville Middle, Mills Park Elementary, and Mills Park Middle from year-round to traditional. As a result, the magnet/calendar application period has been extended for families directly affected by the calendar changes, and consequently the notification date and date for families to decline their magnet/calendar offering have been moved as well.
