Enloe Students Compete in Math Exam

Eighteen Enloe Magnet High students have qualified to sit for the American Invitational Mathematics Exam. The students qualified for this exam by earning a minimum score of 88.5 on the AMC 12 or 118.5 on the AMC 10 during the February exams. Students who earn a qualifying score on the AIME will be invited to sit for the USA Mathematics Olympiad in late April. Enloe Math teacher Celia A. Rowland says the qualifying students are: senior Shreyas Tikare, juniors Arjun Bhattacharya, Andrew Miller, Mark Greenfield, Amitoj Singh, Viju Mathew, Samuel Abrams, Kimberly Yao, Yash Mehta, Karthik Ardhanareeswaran sophomores Ivan Kuznetsov, Nick Tobey, Lisa Zheng, Eric Li, Ben Hu, and freshmen Calvin Deng, Jason Liang, Tejas Sundaresan.
