Students and faculty are returning to the renovated Root Magnet Elementary. While the children and teachers have been at a temporary modular campus for 1.5 years near North Hills shopping center, there have been major renovations to the 50-year old campus. The first day of classes back home for these students will be Nov. 2.
Sheri Green and Marcella Rorie work in the WCPSS Office of Facility Design and Construction and worked on the renovation project.
