Raleigh-Wake 911 Emergency Center staff visited Lufkin Road Middle School today to honor sixth grader Nick Miller for calling 911 to get help for a member of his family.
Chris Mise, a telecommunicator II with Raleigh-Wake 911, says Nick followed the steps and provided the information that helped direct paramedics to his home and prepared them to help his mother.
