At its Feb. 3 meeting, the Board of Education approved a multi-year assignment plan to fill 10 new schools opening in the next three years.
Assistant Superintendent Chuck Dulaney says the board and school system devoted months of work, hearings and, community meetings in working with families on assigning students for the next three years.
