John Wall was named the 2009 Principal of the Year by the Wake County Public School System in ceremonies Oct. 15. Wall is principal of North Garner Middle School.
Wall says students need that personal caring touch so they can perform at a high academic level. He says every day teachers are going the extra mile to help children.
