School Buses Ready for New School Year

With 100,000 students preparing to return to Wake County Public School System traditional calendar schools, Transportation Director Bob Snidemiller says 900 bus drivers are prepared for the start of the new school year.

Snidemiller encourages parents to prepare children for riding the school bus. He says motorists should be alert to students at school bus stops, bus traffic rules and the increased traffic around new schools.
