Superintendent Del Burns told the Wake County Board of Education December 16 that he joined in their congratulations to Assistant Superintendent Maurice Boswell who is retiring after a career in education and congratulated 197 WCPSS educators who have earned certification from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.
