Eighth grade students from Reedy Creek Middle School had a chance to visit the Choice Bus Dec. 4 when the bus stopped by their school.
The students were among the first in North Carolina to tour the bus equipped with a special message to encourage students to stay in school. Earlier in the day, the bus was parked outside the meeting of the State Board of Education where there were reports the bus and a companion video will be made available to schools across the state.
Lawrence Jackson, principal of Reedy Creek Middle, says the bus had an important message for students.
