Assistant Superintendent Marvin Connelly visited Brentwood Elementary School Wednesday where teachers and parents from the school were working alongside members of Crossroads Fellowship Church on landscaping school grounds.
Connelly said the partnership between the church and school is an example of the way schools and faith communities can work together. Connelly is leading an effort to partner WCPSS schools and faith groups.
