North Carolina law now requires a booster shot of Tdap (tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis) for all children entering sixth grade on or after August 1, 2008.
Wake County Human Services (10 Sunnybrook Road, Raleigh 919-212-7000) has set up the following No Charge, No Appointment clinics for rising sixth graders who need booster shots. Parents, remember to bring your child's shot record to the clinic.
