At a state conference in Greensboro today, Baileywick Elementary is being honored as one of the state's top schools in teaching students good character.
Principal Scott Scheuer and Counselor Dee Bostick say students learn the importance of character education and the school system's eight character traits: courage, good judgment, integrity, kindness, perseverance, respect, responsibility and self-discipline.
