High School Exit Standards Info for Parents

North Carolina has implemented two new High School Exit Standards for students who entered ninth grade for the first time during the 2006-2007 school year:

  1. passing the end-of-course (EOC) assessment in five courses ( English I, Algebra I, Civics and Economics, Biology, and US History)
  2. successfully completing a Graduation Project.
Detailed formation about the exit standards in general and the graduation project in particular is now available.
